About

Metamorphosis is a meeting place between Colombian roots and the boreal territory of Quebec.
Our cuisine is inspired by sharing recipes, local produce and Nordic spices, to offer a gentle, sincere and evolving experience.

Here, we take our time.
People come to eat, but also to breathe, to talk and to allow themselves to be transformed.
